What happens after I place an order? |

When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is a confirmation that your order has been successfully placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to Kee Wah Bakery Online Shop. Your order will then be processed immediately. Both you and the Recipient (Pick Up person) will receive an email confirmation.If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer services associates will contact you by phone or by email within 24 hours. |

What if I don't see a "Thank You" page after I place an order? |
|
After you place an order, if there is no "Thank You" page appearing on your screen, please contact us at webmaster@keewah.us . Someone will return your email within 24 hours. |

What if I don't receive an order confirmation via e-mail? |
|
Both the "Buyer" and "Recipient" will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after Kee Wah Bakery Online Shop receives the order. If either Buyer or Recipient do not receive this message within 24 hours of placing the order, here might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@keewah.us to ensure that your order is being processed. One of our representatives will return your inquiry within 24 hours. |

Is it safe to use my credit card online? |
|
We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the browser window and an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom left corner of the window. |

Can I cancel my order? |

For cake orders, to cancel your order, you have to notify us AT LEAST 3 HOURS before the scheduled pick-up time. To do so, please contact our ordering department immediately at orders@keewah.us or call 1-626-281-2680 |

Which credit cards are accepted? |
|
At the present time, Kee Wah Bakery Online Store can only accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa, sorry for any inconvenience. |

What are the Payment Terms? |
|
All payments will be settled in US Dollars by American Express, Visa or Mastercard. We are unable to accept cash, checks, gift certificates and other credit cards at the Kee Wah Bakery Online Shop. We will charge your credit card when your order is accepted by us.
Payment is subject to the approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card and Kee Wah Bakery Online Shop shall not be liable in any way if the financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.
You are not entitled to withhold any payments for any reasons. Any deficiencies in the merchandise will be corrected in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

When can the Recipient (Pick Up person) pick up the fresh cream cake order? |
|
In order to assure our fine quality, our deadline for Next Day pick up is 5:00 pm everyday; or you may choose any other day. For best quality, we freshly prepare your order every morning. |

Can I purchase the cake as a Gift for someone? |
|
Yes. Our Cake Order Service is designed to provide a chance for your beloved ones who are living in the Los Angeles metro area to receive this special "Gift" from you. You just need to go to our "Cake Order Page" , choose the Cake Style and follow the instructions on the form to check out. Both the "Buyer" and the "Recipient" will be confirmed and notified with such order via Email. You may designate anyone in the area to pick up your order. "Recipient" will need to bring along the email order confirmation. IMPORTANT: "Buyer" has the responsibility to notify the "recipient" or "pick-up person" for such order. Kee Wah Bakery Online Store will not hold responsible or refund for any unpicked-up orders. |

Is there any Sales Tax? |

No. There is no Sales Tax required by the California State Government at Kee Wah Bakery Online Store. |

How long can I keep my cake after receipt of the order? |
|
Please keep in mind that this is a "Fresh Cream Cake" that we make freshly upon receipt of your order. Nevertheless, for best quality, we recommend to consume within three(3) days upon receipt and REFRIGERATION IS MANDATORY. For further information, you may contact us at customerservice@keewah.us. |
