Please know Kee Wah is taking all the CDC recommended steps in our retail stores, shipping department, warehouse and manufacturing facilities. These include but not limited to wearing PPE, staggered hours and continue to practice social distancing whenever possible, in order to protect and support our production team, sales teams and you, our valued customers.
We are currently experiencing high number of orders, our teams are working overtime to produce and ship the top-quality Kee Wah Bakery Los Angeles delicacies to our customers around the nation, as quickly as possible. You may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping so it may take up to 7 days for your order to process and leave our facility during this extraordinary time. Carrier shipping promised time may also be affected. As usual, you will receive a Shipment notification email from us once your order is shipped and picked up by the carrier.
