Taiwanese pineapple cake is filled with pineapple jam made from pure Tawin pineapple and sugar. It has higher acidity and aroma than ordinary pineapple cake. It is a famous Taiwanese specialty.

Kee Wah Bakery specially imports it from Taiwan, and then bakes it with local specialties to make the golden pear crisp with Hong Kong's authentic style. The filling contains silky pear pulp fiber, with a sweet and sour taste and rich layers.
